The Curtis Coast Literary Carnivale is ‘one of the most successful and well-run festivals in Australia. It doesn’t get better than this,’ Jackie French, Gladstone Observer, 25 July 2012.

I'll be there, along with TRISTAN BANCKS, PETER CARNAVAS, ANNA FIENBERG, NARELLE OLIVER and JAMES ROY.  Together we'll be running over 50 school sessions. 

On Sunday 27 July, the WRITE ON! Writing and Illustrating Workshops for Adults will include additional workshops for Teenagers, followed by the fabulous Literary Dinner at Scotties Bar & Restaurant.

An illustrators’ exhibition curated for the CCLC by the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery and Museum will be running concurrently with the festival, featuring collage, linocuts sculptures and drawings from myself, Peter Carnavas and Narelle Oliver. The exhibition Launch will be at 6.00pm on 28 July (RSVP GRAGM ph 07 4976 6766 email gragm@gladstonerc.qld.gov.au).  Schools may also arrange exhibition visits from 27 June – 2 August 2014.
